This page explains what Stratmetric collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter in the early access form. We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Stratmetric opens, and to send you occasional updates before launch. We will not sell your email address or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

Your email address is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf and only to provide that service. If we later use a separate service to send emails, it will process your address on the same terms.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe, or until we stop running the waiting list, whichever comes first.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The live preview of the lab stores small settings in your browser, such as light or dark mode, so they are remembered. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email the people on the waiting list.
